50% of the payment is to be made at the time of booking and the remaining 50% is to be paid one month before arrival.

We will refund the total booking amount up to one month before arrival in case of cancellation. If there is less than one month’s notice of cancellation before arrival there is no refund given.

Guests are to ensure their own safe use of the pool, sauna and hot tub and guests use these facilities at their own risk.

The hours of use are 0900-2000.

The pool is for the exclusive use of the paying guests at the Farmhouse.

The retractable roof will be opened and closed by the owners.

Guests are asked to use the shower next to the pool before bathing

We require 24 hours notice for a request to pre heat the hot tub.

There is a maximum of 6 guests at any one time.

Guests are to use a sheet or towel on the benches and are asked to shower before the use of the sauna.

An intermediate level of riding competency is required for trail riding and guests will be given a riding assessment in the riding ring to ensure their safety. Our weight limit for riders is 90kg.

Guests are asked to sign a waiver of liability before all riding activities and to have adequate insurance in case of accident.

Guests are liable for any damages to the house and furnishings.

A security deposit of €300 is asked for on arrival on a weekend or weekly rental which is returned on departure.
